Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your shipping address, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or weather conditions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Stolen or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
Double-check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
Contact your local post office to inquire about the delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but goes missing, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. We recommend shipping to a secure location to help avoid theft.
